1. What we collect

• Assessment answers are stored in your own browser's local storage so your report and documents can be generated on your device.
• Contact details (email, company, name, role) that you submit with the assessment are stored on our servers (Supabase, EU region) so we can send your results and deadline reminders.
• Purchase records (email, order ID, amount) are received from our payment provider Lemon Squeezy so we can unlock your pack and handle refunds. Payment card details never touch our servers.

2. How we use it

To deliver the product, unlock purchases, provide support, and send occasional relevant emails about EU Data Act deadlines. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your data.

3. Legal basis & your rights

We process this data to perform our contract with you and on legitimate interest for product emails. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We'll act within 30 days.

4. Retention

Leads are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion; purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law.
